With a solid correctional health care background, Dr. Charles has refined onsite eye care into
a concierge experience, blending advanced technology, traditional optometry, and individualized attention.
CREDENTIALS
Dr. Charles is a contract optometrist with the Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Atlanta and FCI Talladega. His expertise extends to Georgia’s largest state and contracted prisons, serving thousands.
He has provided nationwide surge support at federal prisons, including FCC Terre Haute (Special Confinement Unit for capital punishment) and FCI McCrae (Criminal Alien Requirement facility).
A Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP) with the NCCHC, he provides care at federal ICE detention centers as well as Georgia’s substance abuse and probation detention centers.
Our Backstory
Before launching our concierge eye care service, Dr. Charles independently established a
boutique eye clinic in Atlanta's West Midtown, made possible by a dedicated team and supportive patients.

During that time, he had the privilege of serving
wonderful patients who truly made a lasting
impact on him, instilling heartfelt gratitude.

What next began as in-home eye care for
a trusted group of patients evolved into a
tailored service for privacy-minded clients.
Now combining traditional optometry with
precision technology, Dr. Charles delivers a
concierge service, designed to go the distance.
